The Role:
YaYa’s Euro Bistro is seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Manager and Beverage Director to lead and elevate our beverage program. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings at a restaurant with a rich history and a loyal team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help manage daily operations, train and mentor staff, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and manage an innovative beverage program including wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality products and cost control.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire our service staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and presentation.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent service standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a leadership role within beverage programs at a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification (e.g., WSET, Sommelier) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.

Compensation:
$65k- $80k salary based on experience, plus benefits and performance-based incentives.
