Position Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate the YaYa’s culinary experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a chef who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting exquisite European-inspired dishes while maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect our culinary roots while appealing to modern tastes
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to create a seamless dining experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse kitchen team
- Exceptional culinary skills with a deep knowledge of European cuisine
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mentoring staff and fostering long-term employee growth
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and menu development skills

Compensation:
$80k- $100k salary based on experience, plus benefits and performance-based incentives.
